1. Intellectual Property Ownership
All content, source code, visual design, user interfaces, animations, text, icons, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software available on the RechargeBill Pay platform (including website and mobile applications) are the exclusive property of Unnisis Techlife Private Limited and are protected under Indian and international copyright laws (including the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and WIPO treaties).
No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without express written consent from Unnisis Techlife Private Limited.
2. Trademarks & Brand Assets
"RechargeBill Pay", "RechargeBillPay", the RechargeBill Pay logo, "Cashback Wala App", "Ask Trisha", and related wordmarks, taglines, symbols, and trade dress are registered or unregistered trademarks of Unnisis Techlife Private Limited in India and other jurisdictions.
- Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not provided by RechargeBill Pay.
- You may not use our brand assets in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Unnisis Techlife Private Limited.
- Third-party trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names appearing on the Platform (e.g. UPI, NPCI, Visa, Mastercard, OTT partner logos) are the property of their respective owners.
3. Permitted & Prohibited Use
Unnisis Techlife Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the RechargeBill Pay Platform strictly in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Prohibited Actions Include:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of our app or web platform.
- Using automated systems, scrapers, bots, web crawlers, or data extraction tools to monitor or copy any content from the Platform.
- Framing, mirroring, or utilizing framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or proprietary information without written authorization.
- Creating derivative works based on any portion of the Platform or its UI components.
4. Reporting Copyright Infringement
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material on our Platform infringes upon a copyright that you own or control, please submit a formal written infringement notice to our Designated Copyright Officer containing the following details:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the Platform.
- Your contact information, including full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
