Yes. Downloading and using RechargeBill Pay for basic payments is completely free. We also offer a Premium plan that unlocks OTT streaming bundles and exclusive cashback deals.

Absolutely. We use bank-grade 256-bit encryption and multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all transactions. We are compliant with RBI regulations and PCI-DSS security standards.

RechargeBill Pay is currently available in India only.

Open the app, go to "Send Money", enter the recipient's mobile number, UPI ID, or scan their QR code, enter the amount, and confirm with your UPI PIN. The money transfers instantly, 24/7.

The daily UPI transfer limit is set by your bank. Generally, it is up to ₹1,00,000 per day per UPI ID.

In the rare case of a failed transaction, the amount is automatically refunded to your source bank account within 3–5 business days. Our system detects failed payments instantly and triggers the refund process without you needing to raise a request.

Yes. You can set up auto-pay for electricity, water, gas, broadband, and credit card bills. RechargeBill Pay will remind you before the due date and auto-debit on your set date.

Every eligible transaction earns you cashback in the form of scratch cards, reward points, or direct credits. Cashback is credited within 24–48 hours of a successful transaction.

Reward points can be redeemed against your next transaction, used for premium subscriptions, or converted to cashback and transferred to your bank account.

Yes. This is the cumulative cashback pool available across our platform for eligible users. Individual cashback per transaction varies based on the offer terms applicable at the time of payment.

Share your unique referral code with a friend. When they sign up and complete their first transaction, you both receive ₹100 cashback credited directly to your accounts.

No. You can refer as many friends and family members as you like. Each successful referral earns you ₹100.

RechargeBill Pay Premium is a paid subscription plan that bundles 30+ OTT streaming platforms (live TV, movies, music, and more) into a single monthly or annual fee — at a fraction of the cost of subscribing individually.

Go to Settings > UPI & Payments > Manage UPI PIN. Select your bank account, choose "Reset PIN", and verify with your debit card details to set a new PIN.
