Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the RechargeBill Pay platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RechargeBill Pay mobile application, website, and services ("Platform") provided by Unnisis Techlife Private Limited. By registering or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be a citizen or resident of India.
  • You must have a valid Indian bank account and a mobile number registered with that bank.
  • All information you provide must be accurate and complete.

2. Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and UPI PIN.
  • We will never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, or password.
  • Notify us immediately at info@rechargebillpay.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform for:

  • Personal UPI money transfers and bill payments.
  • Mobile and DTH recharges.
  • Purchasing premium subscriptions.
  • Merchant payments via QR code.
  • Earning and redeeming cashback rewards.

4. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Platform to:

  • Conduct fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized transactions.
  • Hack, reverse-engineer, or circumvent our security systems.
  • Conduct money laundering or any activity prohibited by Indian law.
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse referral or cashback programs.
  • Provide false KYC documents or identity information.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Payments & Transactions

  • All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or NPCI network disruptions.
  • We reserve the right to limit or cancel any transaction if fraud or a regulatory violation is suspected.

6. Refund Policy

  • Failed transactions are refunded automatically within 3–5 business days.
  • Merchant disputes must be raised within 30 days of the original transaction.
  • Premium subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
  • Cashback and reward points are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the Platform.

7. Cashback & Rewards

  • Cashback offers are subject to terms, limits, and expiry dates as communicated in the app.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue cashback programs with reasonable notice.
  • Cashback obtained through fraud will be reversed and the account suspended.
  • Reward points expire 12 months from the date of earning if not redeemed.

8. Referral Program

  • Refer & Earn offers ₹100 to both referrer and referee upon the referee's first successful transaction.
  • Self-referrals or referrals between related accounts are prohibited.
  • Rewards may be withheld if fraud is detected.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Platform integrates with third-party services (banks, billers, OTT platforms, insurance providers). We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of these third parties. Their own terms apply.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are the exclusive property of Unnisis Techlife Private Limited. You may not copy or use any of our intellectual property without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unnisis Techlife Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Losses arising from unauthorized account access due to failure to keep credentials secure.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of the disputed transaction.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

13. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
